The new ME

Well, a few weekends ago, we went up to Medina Lake for Pedrotti's B-day party. Baker was there and after taking a quick glance at him I told him, "Hey dude, you look good, what's goin' on?" He then let me know that he stopped drinking soda and is watching what he is eating along with doing a little exercising here and there. I was amazed to find out he lost 20 pounds in like a month and half. Well thats all the proof that I needed. So last Monday, Sonya, Mary and myself decided to go running and stop intake of Big Reds and fast foods. We ran about 2 miles and man did it kill us. We were tired!!! Then on Wednesday we decided Mary and myself, along with Shawn, Jenn, and Aaron would take a run, the same one from before, except backwards and then come home and eat some grilled chicken salads. Well this time the run was a little harder because we hit it harder but once we were done, I felt so good about what I was doing. So Mary and I are going to continue our quest for the hard body and keep it up.

I did some calculations and figured with running 3 times a week, no soda intake, minimal fatty greasy foods and alot of water and salads, in 1 month I should look like this. Wish me luck!!!

Just received this press photo of Glassjaw. It was shot for Warner Bros. Records in 2003 right around the time Worship and Tribute was released and was used for "limited editorial use in newspapers, periodicals, and television news programming ." It will soon get treated to a custom frame job and hang securely on a wall in "La Galleria de Danklefs."
